Mark Siems - Dining Services Manager Spring Run

Mark Siems knows how to add flavor to life.  As Dining Services Manager at the Spring Run independent living community, he spices up menus, mixing the freshest of regional produce with a healthy serving of imagination.

He is a Certified Dietary Manager, so menus balance good taste with good nutrition.  It's one way Mark embraces the Willow Valley Retirement Communities philosophy of making sure life is lived long and lived well. 

Mark says his favorite thing about Willow Valley "is the flexibility of work and play."  When not at Spring Run, he's hard at work on a college degree or out playing with his two children.
