Christine Fry - Dining Services Manager, North

"I love it when we hit the mark with a recipe, special event or dining theme," says Christine Fry, North Dining Services Manager.  And after 24 years at Willow Valley Retirement Communities, this enthusiastic foodie knows well what kinds of memorable meals can set Residents talking.

Christine had been working part-time in retail stores before she became a full-time food fanatic at Willow Valley.  Here, she's worked in all three of the independent living communities which offer meal plans.  Christine enjoys mentoring younger Members of her Culinary Team and together they prepare menus that Residents adore.

This passion for "mixing it up" has carried over to Christine's personal life.  Ask her what she does in her off hours and she'll say cooking, baking, and reading .... cookbooks!
