Fitness and Aquatic Centers

The Fitness and Aquatic Centers at Willow Valley are like no other you've seen in a retirement community.  With more than 22,000 square feet of wellness space, and state-of-the-art exercise equipment, these centers offer many ways to make your workouts fun and productive.

Fitness Center

• Aerobic room, with top-of-the-line flooring, mirrors, and balance bars
• Cardio theater, featuring cardiovascular and strength training equipment - AND individually controlled TVs and music!
• Indoor cushioned walking track
• Large, luxurious locker rooms
• Classes and activities including specialty balance programs, Wii Fit and Wii sports training

Aquatic Center

• Indoor heated pool with six 25-yard lanes, three 25-meter lanes, and a separate seven-foot deep end - all heated to a welcoming 82 degrees
• Therapy pool (at 92 degrees)
• Whirlpool (bromine) spa
• Classes and water activities including Aquacize, Joints N Motion, and deep water aerobic classes, water walking, lap swimming, and deep water volleyball
