First, you choose from townhomes, villas, and more than 70 apartment floor plans.  Then, you take advantage of our 2,250-square foot Design Studio to make your new home uniquely yours.

The Design Studio is an interactive showroom with a wide variety of selections.  Here, Residents can see and feel those finishes that will give their homes a personal touch.

Want custom paints, a designer lighting package, or Corian or Zodiac counters? You'll find leading brands like Moen, Dupont, Shaw, and more at the Design Studio along with turn-key ordering and installation.

Each Resident is encouraged to take advantage of complimentary interior design services as well.  Design Studio Director Danette Betancourt is a talented professional who works with your vision and your budget.  She uses more than 20 years of varied industry experience to make the design experience fun!
