Memory Support in Lancaster County PA

Memory Support at Willow Valley is offered in our neighborhood called Cedar Brook, located at The Glen. It is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for dementia care. Cedar Brook offers both Personal Care and Skilled Care neighborhoods, and is the only memory support community in Lancaster County that is accredited for both Personal and Skilled Care.

Cedar Brook is a customized residence specifically designed for memory support and is led by a professional staff trained in dementia care. Resident centered programs focus on a reassuring daily structure that helps maintain Resident skills. The daily routine is designed to keep Residents focused during this challenging journey. Family and friends of Residents, as well as anyone in the community are welcome to attend Willow Valley’s monthly Dementia Support Group, held the second Wednesday of every month at 2:00 pm. The group helps provide education and the latest research information, as well provide assistance and encouragement for caregivers and families.
